Whats better than
........than the weather is not too hot, and u have a new hair cut in Sai Wan, wearing ur causal pants, then walk along the queen's road west, along along and going to Sheung Wan hollywood road, watching the shops, esp the old tranditional shops, selling chinese funeral goods, then get to lomography shop, and the gallery para/site next door. there u pick up a seasonal magazine, read thru their curatorial discussion and the like. walking and walking towards the central, just at the faded lines of two districts, you can still finding the old hong kong, the hawkers and the street markets. then u get to another gallery, leaving it soon and heading to the page one in Lankwai Fong, then HKV nearby. this spend u probably one afternoon walking and enjoying the city. doesnt really be analytical why hk is like that and how hk is bad in somewhat sense......in any sense.... its just like another travel

Strangers
After Keane/Stranger DVD,
the documentary meant to give a trace of this fresh band from how it started and what they came across on the road of touring. In the first section, the most amazing part was to hear one of their song ( bedshaped or whatever like we might as well.!?) in a fully electronised arrangement. Tim explained the song was inspired by the time when Radiohead release their Kid A. After some years of making demos and few gigs, they switch their entire band with piano as their main instrutment. yeah, this is a pretty suprise to know such a change. esp. when u really into this band.
hoping that Tom can get back from the drug time.
MFM+TheLakeHouse
/////yes, the my favourite moleskine exhibition was opened last friday. finally it turns out to be a very nice and simple setting. attractive at a very prompt location in festival wall log-on,
it was a very good experience learning how to work as a team, in organising such a big event.
and this job has been the most pressurised one after the London one.
yeah feeling good to be under pressure,
/////the lake house, its pretty much out of my expectation to this holliwooood film.
since i have a preception that this kind of story should be related to british scene and production as well ( like that love actually many years ago)
but surprising enough, first half of the film are quite in a gentle humourous rythm, yet having a very subtle but clean seperation between two space and time, and the interconnection among them.
another suprise is their setting of the "architect" role of Reeves and his father, having a deep conversation about architecture and making humour on it. ( well, this maybe only because of my high sensation of being an architectural student reading this film)
anyway, a good film though, worth paying some little $ for a comfortable chair in the cinema
